VILLA AMORE. PRIVATE STRUCTURE (rental only).Villa Amore is a contemporary, designer villa set within extensive grounds with an infinity pool and panoramic views over olive trees to the sea beyond. Located just ten minutes from Noto, on the southeastern coast of Sicily, the property is ideally placed for visiting the Baroque towns of the Val di Noto and the unspoilt beaches of Vendicari. Designed by French-Lebanese architect Fabrice Bejjani, the villa is characterised by clean architectural lines and large picture windows that enhance the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Furnished for modern comfort, the main house features a spacious living and dining area, kitchen, and three double bedrooms, while a fourth ensuite bedroom is located in the separate annexe. Highlights include the shaded outdoor dining area, the stone lounge beside the pool, and sunset views over the countryside to the sea.

INTERIORS

The villa is spread over two floors and includes an an adjacent annex. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into living room with seating area; dining room; kitchen with access to outdoor dining area; guest bathroom. FIRST FLOOR – Three double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower. ANNEX – One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the external courtyard.
PARK

The 6000 sq m grounds are mostly level and bordered by olive trees, carob trees, prickly pears, palms and flowering shrubs. A shaded seating area with built-in bench and pergola is positioned between the main house and annex. The kitchen opens directly onto the paved terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue. The garden beyond the pool has been preserved in its natural state. A parking area for up to three cars is located near the entrance gate.

SWIMMING POOL

The infinity pool lies approximately 7 m from the villa and is accessed via the paved terrace in front of the living area. Rectangular; 15 x 4 m; depth 30 cm for the first 4 m, then constant depth of 1.40 m; lined in dark stone; chlorine purification; Roman steps for access. The 60 sq m sun terrace includes sunbeds under a pergola and a cold-water shower. A stone seating area beside the pool provides an additional outdoor relaxation space. Internal and external lighting allows for evening use. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

PLACE DESCRIPTION

Villa Amore is located just outside Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its Baroque architecture, restaurants and boutiques. The area is rich in natural and cultural attractions including the Vendicari Nature Reserve, the fishing village of Marzamemi and the sandy beaches of Lido di Noto and San Lorenzo. Day trips can be made to Avola, Modica, Scicli and Ragusa, while Syracuse and the archaeological park of Neapolis are just 34 km away.

PRICE INCLUDES: property delivered completely clean and equipped with linen, utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use and hot water), wireless internet connection, laundry service available every Wednesday, daily cleaning of approximately 2 hours except Sunday and public holidays
