VILLA LUNA. Villa Luna is a chic, modern villa in a glorious hillside setting near Cefalu. An infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and large terrace set the scene for good times in the sun while incredible panoramic sea views add an unbeatable backdrop. Designed for easy summer living, Villa Luna is a dream home for those who love contemporary style and a coastal setting. The underfloor heating makes this villa an ideal winter retreat, a time of year that emphasizes the local authenticity freed of the summer confusion and when the colours of the sky are at their most intense. With three bedrooms and bathrooms in the main villa and a further double bedroom with a bathroom in an annexe, the villa can sleep up to eight guests comfortably. Step inside to an open, light-filled living space with the smooth grey floor, wooden beamed ceilings and stylish furnishings. Tall glass doors open out to a wide terrace with a cushioned, sunken sitting area on one side and shaded dining on the other. An inviting infinity pool is on hand for a refreshing swim. As you gather together for drinks and meals or take a quiet moment to unwind, the mesmerising seascape beyond is sure to enhance the mood.

As the steps have no railing, this villa is not suitable to children under the age of 8 years. Annex: Double bedroom and private bathroom.
Below the pool, accessed from outside, there is a further bathroom and a spacious laundry room.
PARK
Outdoor the large paved terrace surrounds the villa with original seating on steps furnished with cushions facing a small zen garden with white gravel and enchanting views out to sea. The terrace continues around the house to the outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and comfortable shaded dining.
SWIMMING POOL
The stunning infinity pool is approximately 9 x 4 m. and 1.4 m. deep. On one side the paved terrace houses elegant sunbeds and on the other, the pool seems to blend with the sea. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in November.
POSITION
The location is rural yet not too remote. Within minutes you can reach the pretty village of Sant Ambrogio with its local food shop, a few restaurants, pizzeria and wine bar. The nearest local beach is just beyond or head to the golden sands, shops and restaurants of Cefalu, just 15 minutes drive away. Wineries, boat trips, historic monuments, mountain villages and walks are all within easy reach, giving you plenty to discover for a memorable holiday.
THE PRICE INCLUDES: gas for cooking, water, electricity (up to 42.90 kwh per day), weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, maintenance of the grounds and pool.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: electricity (on consumption over 42.90 kwh per day), tourist tax (where applicable), in the event of failure to dispose of urban waste, at check-out you will be required to pay € 70.00 per week or fraction of a week, extra cleaning in the event of the presence of animals (€ 50.00 per animal per week or fraction of a week)

Sleeping up to 8 people, it is made up as an attractive stone villa and two wooden clad annexes, one of the annexes with a double room and the other with two double bedrooms and views of the sea and mountains. The larger stone villa also has a well-designed kitchen and dining area for 4. The property can accommodate up to 8 people. However, in low season, we prefer to rent this villa for a maximum of 4 guests (April to 4th May and throughout the month of October) as we feel the inside space would not be comfortable for a larger party when the temperature is cooler. The style of the whole property feels modern yet relaxed, with a nice mix of Sicilian and Scandinavian design. Its whitewashed wooden beams and neutral shades provide the perfect backdrop for simple, contemporary furnishings, just right for laid-back holidays in the sunshine. Designed for summer living, an outside kitchen and a large covered terrace with a dining table for 10 set the scene for meals with friends and family. With its private lawned garden, a pool for cooling off and beautiful scenery, Villa Respiro really is an ideal holiday home for family and friends. Outdoor life is mainly taken on the large terrace that surrounds the house. One area is a comfortable living area with armchairs and a sofa. On the other side is the large outdoor kitchen, complete with a stone oven for making pizza, and the large dining area for 10 is shaded by a beautiful cover in whitewashed beams. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
