Villa Provenza has been the setting for family holidays for many years, and remains one of the preferred places for those seeking a house large enough to satisfy everyone.

Interiors:
The interiors are spacious, with coloured walls and coordinated furnishings, which reflect a distinctly Sicilian style. The villa is designed to ensure that even large family groups can have the privacy of their own space. The central part of the villa can accommodate up to six people in two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A large living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge opens onto the main terrace, shaded by a sail and furnished with a dining table, perfect for bringing the entire group together at any time of day. An external staircase leads to the first floor, recently renovated, with its spacious living area, which opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views of the pool, Cefalù and the sea. This part of the villa can accommodate up to 10 people, and has three double bedrooms, two of which are mezzanine with two additional single beds, ideal for teenagers. Each of these bedrooms has a private bathroom. Ground floor: two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, twin bedroom (possibility to join the beds) with private bathroom, open-plan living room with double sofa bed and dining area, large kitchen with dining area. Doors lead to a covered terrace and the pool area. First floor with independent access: large living area with small kitchenette, access to external patio, double bedroom (king size bed) with en-suite bathroom, two further double bedrooms (king size beds) with en-suite bathroom and with mezzanine equipped with two single beds.

Park:
Villa Provenza is surrounded by palm trees and gardens with sea views. It also features spacious terraces for outdoor dining, a children's playground and a large swimming pool with sun terrace. Also available are a table tennis table and a barbecue area.
N.B.: Please note that photography services are usually carried out in spring, therefore the colours and flowering of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different at the time of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool, spacious and irregularly shaped, measures 9 x 6 m, and is deep from 1.40m to 1.70m. The purification system is salt-based. The swimming pool will remain open from 1 April to 31 October.
