Perfect for large family groups, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The main villa sleeps six, with two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The large living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and cozy lounge that opens onto the shaded dining terrace, ideal for gatherings throughout the day.

An exterior staircase leads to the newly renovated first floor, offering an airy living space that opens onto a large terrace with panoramic views of the pool, coastline, and Cefalù. This section of the villa has three double bedrooms, two of which feature mezzanines with two single beds, perfect for teenagers. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and all three double beds can be converted to twins upon request.

Interior Layout:

Ground Floor: Two double bedrooms, shower room, twin bedroom (can be made into a double) with en-suite bathroom, open-plan sitting room with double sofa bed, dining area, and a large kitchen. Doors lead to a covered dining terrace and the pool area.
First Floor (Independent Access): Large living area with kitchenette, access to outdoor patio, one double bedroom (king-size bed) with en-suite bathroom, two additional double bedrooms (king-size beds) with en-suite bathrooms and mezzanines with two single beds. Each double bed can be made into twins upon request.

Grounds:
Villa Provenza is set amidst palm trees and gardens with beautiful sea views, complemented by extensive terraces perfect for dining and relaxation. The large pool is ideal for cooling off, and there’s also a children’s playground with ping-pong and a barbecue area for outdoor meals. Please note that photos are taken in spring, so the blooming flowers and garden colours may vary at the time of your stay.

Swimming Pool:
The large, irregularly shaped pool measures 9m x 6m and ranges from 1.4m to 1.7m in depth. It features a saltwater purification system and is open from April 1st to October 31st.

Nestled in a peaceful residential area, the villa is located just 2 km from the quaint village of Sant'Ambrogio, where you'll find a bar, pizzeria, restaurants, a wine shop, and a mini-market. The vibrant town of Cefalù, known for its beach clubs, bars, restaurants, shops, and more, is only 7 km away, making Villa Provenza a perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility.

PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: electricity over 42 kwh/day (on consumption with prices in force at the time of the stay), tourist tax from 01/04 to 31/10 € 2,00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Please note that children under 12 years old will not pay, in case of non-disposal of urban waste, at check-out a payment of € 70,00 per week or fraction of a week will be required
