Villa Splendida is set in the hills with panoramic views of Cefalù, offering a peaceful retreat. The villa combines modern comfort with open-plan, light-filled spaces, featuring a large living and dining area, three double bedrooms, and two shower rooms, all styled with neutral tones, light wood, rattan furniture, and sea-blue fabrics. For larger groups, a guest annexe adds a double bedroom and sofa bed.
The living area opens onto a spacious decked terrace with a pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue and covered dining area—perfect for summer meals. The villa is surrounded by a lawned area, mature olive and pine trees, and beautiful views. Paths from the villa lead to walks through the Madonie National Park.

Grounds:
The living area opens onto a spacious decked terrace with a pool and sun loungers. The outdoor kitchen, featuring a built-in barbecue and wood oven, along with a covered dining area, offers a perfect spot for summer dining. The lawned area, surrounded by mature olive and pine trees, provides additional space to relax and enjoy the views.

Swimming Pool:
The rectangular pool measures 10m x 5m and has a depth ranging from 1.30m to 2m. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.

VILLA LUNA. Villa Luna is a chic, modern villa in a glorious hillside setting near Cefalu. With three bedrooms and bathrooms in the main villa and a further double bedroom with a bathroom in an annexe, the villa can sleep up to eight guests comfortably. Step inside to an open, light-filled living space with the smooth grey floor, wooden beamed ceilings and stylish furnishings. Tall glass doors open out to a wide terrace with a cushioned, sunken sitting area on one side and shaded dining on the other. An inviting infinity pool is on hand for a refreshing swim. INTERIOR
Villa: Open plan living space with kitchen and sitting area, double bedroom with private bathroom. Open steps to the first floor, two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. N.B. As the steps have no railing, this villa is not suitable to children under the age of 8 years. Annex: Double bedroom and private bathroom.
Below the pool, accessed from outside, there is a further bathroom and a spacious laundry room.
PARK
Outdoor the large paved terrace surrounds the villa with original seating on steps furnished with cushions facing a small zen garden with white gravel and enchanting views out to sea. The terrace continues around the house to the outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and comfortable shaded dining.
SWIMMING POOL
The stunning infinity pool is approximately 9 x 4 m. and 1.4 m. deep. On one side the paved terrace houses elegant sunbeds and on the other, the pool seems to blend with the sea. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in November.
POSITION
The location is rural yet not too remote. Within minutes you can reach the pretty village of Sant Ambrogio with its local food shop, a few restaurants, pizzeria and wine bar. The nearest local beach is just beyond or head to the golden sands, shops and restaurants of Cefalu, just 15 minutes drive away. Wineries, boat trips, historic monuments, mountain villages and walks are all within easy reach, giving you plenty to discover for a memorable holiday.

Il Basto The newly renovated villa is facing the sea with smooth terraces for relaxing and dining, comfortable interiors and panoramic views. Situated on a verdant hillside above the beach and a short drive from the little village of Sant Ambrogio and town of Cefalù, guests can enjoy the peaceful setting with the option of dipping into Sicilian village life. Exciting day trips include visiting the Roman ruins of Tindari, exploring the walking trails in the Madonie mountains and boat trips to the Aeolian Islands.
Interior:
Villa Il Basto's interiors are light-filled and elegant, furnished with a mixture of traditional and contemporary Sicilian style and a pleasant array of antiques. On the ground floor is a large living area with wooden beamed ceilings, large sofas, an open fireplace and French windows leading out to a covered dining terrace. There’s also a kitchen, a guest bathroom and a laundry on this floor. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second double that shares a large family bathroom with the third double bedroom, are all upstairs. Each room is individually styled with a simple appeal. A further bedroom and bathroom are in the extremely comfortable, spacious and bright annex next to the villa. VILLA: Ground floor: Living room with dining area, kitchen, guest WC and covered terrace with dining table for 12 persons. First floor: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second and third double bedroom with a private terrace, share a massive family bathroom. ANNEX: Spacious and bright double room and bathroom with shower.
Park:
Outdoor starts with the large, partially covered, terrace. In the shade of the cover are a dining area with space for 12 and a lounge area. All with a stunning view out to sea. There are two outdoor kitchens, one of which includes a n electric state-of-the-art oven. The garden is terraced with fruit trees, including oranges, lemons and figs. On the terrace is also the swimming pool with its solarium.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The pool, in a soft uneven shape, is 1,3 m deep and approximately 8 x 4 m. From its solarium complete with sunbeams and umbrellas you can soak up the sun as well as take in the incredible views. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.
