Main House

Ground Floor: A bright, open living area connects to the dining space and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Two large en-suite bedrooms (one double, one twin/double) open onto a terrace with stunning sea views.
Lower Floor: Three luxurious double suites each include a private living area, dressing room, and bathroom, with access to a patio overlooking the serene sunken garden.
Roof Terrace: The highlight is a rooftop area with an outdoor kitchen, dining space, barbecue, and a comfy lounge—perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing while taking in panoramic views.
Pool House
A fully self-contained space near the pool, it includes a kitchen, dining area, lounge (with an optional extra bed), a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Outside, it offers a ground-floor terrace and a stunning rooftop terrace for relaxation.

The villa’s outdoor spaces feature a large swimming pool, multiple terraces, and plenty of spots to unwind. For larger groups, sister Villa Majoli is just a short walk away, offering even more space to spread out.

From the main gate, a picturesque pathway lined with olive trees leads to the villa's entrance. Designed by landscape architect Ivan Gallo, the grounds reflect the charm and culture of the area, blending seamlessly with the surrounding views. Mediterranean plants, chosen for their climate suitability, enhance the villa’s natural beauty.

The roof terrace offers a stunning outdoor kitchen, living area, and exceptional views of the Vendicari Nature Reserve—perfect for spotting wildlife like flamingoes, egrets, storks, and even horses grazing nearby, especially at sunset.

The sunken garden below provides a peaceful, shaded retreat accessed via a covered arcade from the lower bedrooms—ideal for relaxing in privacy while enjoying the garden's baroque-inspired design.

Swimming Pool:
The infinity pool (17 x 5.5m, 1.5m deep) features a spacious sun deck, sun loungers, two shaded terrace areas, and a raised lounging spot with incredible sunset views. Hidden among the trees is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.
