Perched on a stunning protected hillside, just a short drive from the world-famous town of Polignano al Mare, this villa blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings, creating a harmonious dialogue between architecture and landscape. Designed by acclaimed architect Daniele Corsaro from Grottaglie, the property reflects a modernist aesthetic inspired by Le Corbusier’s Pavillon House and the indoor-outdoor approach of Californian architects such as Eames, Eichler and Neutra. Flooded with natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows, the villa offers breathtaking views from sunrise over the sea to sunset behind the pergola, an ideal setting for evening dinners. Both Polignano and Monopoli are visible from the property, each offering elegant restaurants, vibrant atmospheres and beautiful beaches. Spread over two levels, the villa features large original artworks and a striking internal courtyard garden. Framed by a handmade steel staircase and enriched with tropical plants, this space becomes an integral part of the living experience. The ground floor opens into a multifunctional indoor-outdoor living area that connects the lounge, dining space and kitchen, creating a convivial and dynamic environment. Upstairs, the living area is centred around a suspended Gyrofocus fireplace and Scandinavian-inspired furniture, with uninterrupted sea views at the front and rolling hills of ancient olive trees at the rear. The villa covers two levels of approximately 130 sqm each, connected by internal stairs.

Large windows surround the villa, offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and centuries-old olive groves that stretch toward the sea of Polignano. A modern-design swimming pool lies in front of the villa, accompanied by a covered lounge area. At the back, a dining table shaded by a gazebo next to a wood-fired oven.
Just a few steps from the villa, the rectangular infinity pool measures 10 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m. It features a resin lining, Roman steps, saltwater purification, and internal lighting. The solarium includes sun loungers, deck chairs, umbrella, and a cold-water outdoor shower under an olive tree. Open from the first Saturday of April to the last Saturday of October.
