Interior:
A modern colour palette of greys and whites is peppered with splashes of summer colours in the fabrics and artworks around the villa, giving it a unique character and style. Upon entering the villa you are greeted by the open living space with its kitchen. The contemporary open plan living area with large comfortable sofas, kitchen and dining area also has the floor to ceiling windows out to the decked terrace and those magnificent views. In the corridor that leads to the bedrooms is a small workstation. To follow are the two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with shower and the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the one has two queen-size beds. Guests can enjoy sea views from bed with floor to ceiling windows in both the bedrooms. Ground floor: living / dining area and kitchen, small workstation, glass sliding doors leading out to a decked terrace, shaded outside dining area and plunge pool. One bathroom with a bath and one bathroom with shower. One double bedroom with French windows out to the garden and one twin bedroom with queen-size beds.
Park:
Behind the outdoor dining space is a small kitchen garden with fresh herbs and seasonal vegetables that guests can use as well as a small table with 4 chairs. The terrace that runs along the length of the house is partly with lawn and the odd olive tree to give shade and partly with decking.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The small pool measures 2,5m x 3m 1,5 m deep and overhangs the cliffside. The pool is open from April 1st to October 31st.

INTERIOR Wooden beamed ceilings and doors, terracotta floors and pretty tiles are all part of the villa’s traditional Sicilian style. Smart beige and cream walls with exposed stonework and wooden furniture give the house the feel of a smart and rather spacious mountain retreat. Large bedrooms, modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space both inside and out, give guests an opportunity to relax in comfort. Thoughtfully equipped, the villa also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV, keeping everyone in the group entertained. Ground floor: Living area with access to a terrace and pool, toilette and laundry, large kitchen, dining area inside and outdoor, one double room with a private bathroom with shower another double room with bathroom with shower and terrace, steps up from the living room to a mezzanine: twin bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower. PARK Outdoors, the area in the vicinity of the house is paved with lawn and flower beds. The partially covered terrace is perfect for al fresco dining and there is also a BBQ. The grounds extend in the typical Sicilian way with fruit trees. SWIMMING POOL The swimming pool is 10 x 3,4 m. and the depth is from 1,40 to 1,70 m. It is surrounded by a large terrace and green lawns. This space is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas for fun summer days with family or friends. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st. POSITION Well located for sightseeing, day trips and food shopping, the villa is in easy reach of the coastal town of Cefalù, half an hour's drive away, the 14th Century town of Castelbuono and the Finale di Pollina beach are both just a 20 minute drive away.
